If it is new and you think there is any chance you may want to resell it at some point. You may want to reconsider. The resale on them is aweful. Overall, they can be great basses. If you like their pickup and wood combinations they can be some of the best sounding and easy to play instruments out there. I have owned a number of them over the years myself.
That said, If you are looking at a used one...make sure you play it first or have a chance to return it. They are not all great. So, you want to make sure you have one of the good ones. Also realize that if you buy one used and you have a problem. They are probably not going to help you very much. Or want to charge you a lot to help you.

I loved my neck thru 5 string Warrior, and only sold it to finance a suddenly available Curbow I had always wanted. It played wonderfully, sounded great and was a fine quality instrument. Unfortunately, the second poster is right and they don't resale well, due to some bad reputation on build quality(which I have never experienced). If you are buying yours used, do a TB and Ebay search on recent selling prices to give you a point of negotiation. I thought mine was killer, and actually liked it better than a similarly priced neck-through Fodera I had been comparing it to.

That is a VERY early model..Probably an early '97 model. It will be a lot different than the current models. The neck will feel different, the body shape and headstock are all slightely different than the new ones. You will definitely want to try it out first. Warrior does not really use Basslines pickups and electronics on the new stuff. Plus, they moved away from the Gotoh bridges in '98 or so. They work perfectly fine but are somewhat hard to adjust. The birdseye top would be pretty unique, for sure.
That is an early model as stated above. I have a '99 and they had changed quite a bit by that point. I live close to the factory and have played them as early as the second bass built #0002. I used to go to church with the guy who owns it. it was very nice. That one has the Duncan pups and pre I believe. It looks like a very nice bass. If you can get the serial # we might be able to better tell what year it is.
It would be the equivalent of the current Signature models. Mine is a Studio Plus model which is the same level, but came a few years later.
