According to the Warwick site, the Warwick FNA Jazzman is on the discontinued but I still see it on sites such as musicians friends and what not being sold. How much would a Warwick FNA Jazzman with some wear from play be worth?

Im not sure, but I dont think you can ask a "What is it worth?" question without being a Supporting Member, but I may be wrong.

  3. Plus one on *what's my bass worth because I'm thinking of selling* being uncool here; also, the Corvette FNA has been discontinued for quite awhile now but the FNA Jazzman may not be.

Are you talking about the FNA Jazzman, or the original FNA?
The Jazzman has the J/MM style MEC pickups and MEC preamp.
The FNA had the single Seymour Duncan MM pickup and Duncan MM preamp, sounded awesome. This one was disco'd many years ago.
