Warwick Infinity 5 Flamed Maple top

i had one with the birds eye maple. it was the most beautiful bass ive ever seen in person (way more impressive in real life). it had a good mid growl and clear highs with a tight bottom. it was closer to a jazz than anything else but still its own sound. great preamp. finish was excellent. b string sounded focused and not floppy. i didnt care for the neck much, it felt slow to me. over all a great bass with a big price tag. it is by far my favorite warwick.

but it's a good bass?

Are you a troll or do you just not know anything? I would hope a bass with a price tag as high as an Infinity's would be a good bass. If you like the Warwick tone then I'm sure you would think it's a great bass. Some people hate the necks, others don't. I love them. That said, it's all a matter of personal taste. One persons "good bass" might not be anothers idea of a "good bass." Go play one and figure it out for yourself if you think it's a good bass.

I hope that made some sense.
