Whenever I visit my mom's apartment, I realize my place isn't cluttered at all.

Sell it, the only way to get rid of it is to make a decision and sell off heaps of stuff without thinking about it.

i have a similar problem, however i dont mind wading through the clutter to get out of my room

.....put stuff in a box and put the box by the sidewalk with a sign saying FREE.....

Around these parts, those boxes disappear a lot faster if you put a price on the box.

My neighbor put an old dishwasher at the end of his driveway with a "FREE" sign on it. It sat there for a few days. He changed it to "$25" and it was gone the next morning.

But we hate clutter. We had about 400 cds. We didlnt' like the room the cd cases took up. So we sold the cds and cases while moving everything to mp3
