ways to make synth bass sounds

Thanks! Pretty good demo there...listening through 'phones I didn't hear any dealbreaking tracking issues such as those which occur with popular synth pedals.

Kinda bummed that the bitcrusher demo was unavailable... I'd love to find a decent talking bass patch.

The one vocal patch I have using the crusher is heavy duty, massive low end, big monster "yawwwwl". It also has an actual vocal synth effect, though my recollection is it's pretty thin.

Sorry I don't have a clip for it, but banging out clips is more time consuming than creating patches and putting them on the page. Wish I had more time and better recording skills.

After liquidating my effects, I am re-approaching [fatter deeper] synth sounds.

I was using the EHX freeze for a while, for the push/sustain, but stomping for every note is ridiculous, and I'm not interested in buying a new superego so..

I am looking at getting a philosophers tone.. Seems mega useful

So that with an oc2 I modded, swollen pickle, and with the coming addition of a red ripper and xerograph, I feel im back on track

I would add a little modulation after the Xerograph. It helps add the movement that a LFO does in real synths.

Yes definetley.. its just hard for me to choose ! They often sound too leslie-y or too REM for me.. Maybe I should think more horn-vibrato/tremolo, rather than chorus/phaser


on a side note; working on a few different circuit approaches to having deep subbass sounds.. If I get one working well, I will post.here, certainly
