Web security violations

I keep getting warnings from our Trend Micro virus checker coming from the banner ads:

OfficeScan detected a Web security policy violation and blocked the URL listed below:

"http://cdn.w55c.net/i/0RAV7rQD76_927187256.html?rtbhost=208.43.86.173&btid=(a big long string of random characters)..."

Risk Level: Dangerous

Is this something from TB or google ads or what?
