FWIW:

not my area but I always direct people to Steve "dude" Barr at Vintage Bass Trading Company. Also Vintage Guitar Magazine had an online site with classifieds, not that much bass though. You can contact vintage vendors like Gruhn (sp?), Elderly and the like and they'll probably know. There's Fender forum out there somewhere and no doubt you'd get some leads there. Any of the tube amp sites/forums will likely produce leads. A TB search may turn up some if not a listing of them. All the old guys aren't dead yet.
