Webstrings!

Any one use the ones from Webstrings.com?

I have 14 guitars..... (basses count) with 6-12's baritones, etc. Keeping them strung is expensive... So I started buying webstrings. To be honest, I find them to be just as good as anything else I've used. They are fresh, sound good, last a long time, and are price low.

If they had the silk wraps it'd be a plus, but other than that I'm thrilled.

i just got my order in today, really fast shipping. two sets of detroit bass nickel roundwound, 50-70-85-110.

someone posted they had got there strings in sets of two in the package. but my strings each have their own envelope so maybe they ordered a while ago? idk but they seem like good strings.

i heard also hat the company that makes EB strings may make strings for these guys.

I've been using them for a few years... I've seen different packaging over the years... and varied packaging styles lead me to think there may be multiple factories at work. I'm yet to get any bum strings, and I've seen improvement from very good to great over the years. They are a win... especially since I have a working guitar collection.

I'm in the same boat; I could buy a lot of new gear if I didn't have to keep thirteen instruments strung up.

Probably putting in an order in the next couple days, actually. Quick tally runs about as much as a single set of Rotosounds at the local mom and pop.

I got a set of the flatwounds in medium (which I think they're out of right now) and I like them a lot. I'm probably going to try a set of the light-gauge flats to see how they fare, but these are extremely nice flats.

I grabbed a set of the flats and they look like they came out of two production runs - the E and A are a different metal/finish to the D and G. Sound and feel perfectly fine though, no complaints there.

I have used them in the past and last year ordered 8 sets. I have one set remaining. My experience is they are just ok. Nothing special, but adequate. They are not like DR strings, of course they are not priced like DR strings neither.
