Does anyone else watch this show? I don't have Showtime, but a friend burns them to DVD for me and I just caught up to the end of Season 4. Holy crap!

Yea. Only regular TV I Tivo to see. It reminds me of 6 Feet Under in that it's interesting and compelling, unlike most of regular TV that is banal and vacuous.

Proud of Shane, which worries me about myself as a father. Clearly he's into things that no kid should be, but at least he's not pathetic like he was the last few seasons.

MLP is quite capitivating, but of course, I want to shake her for continuing to make such bad choices. I actually think the TJ Mayor/Evil Drug Lord is a good guy for her. They make a cute couple. Who else could be man enough for her?

OK. This is way off topic for the board, but I wanna know--what do you think is going to happen next? The sonogram is on the table. Do we know just exactly what Doug decided to do with himself?
Doug will go on being Doug. The show needs him and Kevin Nealon isn't going to get another job that good.

Same here, Jake, it's been many many many years for me. The potency of the herb out here is just scary and astounding.
I'd still prefer that people use it versus all the ice that's everywhere these days, or even alcohol... but that's another thread, and we don't need to go there.

I watched one episode -- maybe from last season, during a free Showtime weekend offering. I thought it was very amusing. It's a vague memory now but I do recall watching the housewife interacting animatedly with Compton OGs. And also, several scenes that took place on the set of a porn film shoot. Funny.
I recently got new TV service though, and am currently enjoying a hot deal that includes all the movie channels, so I will have to keep an eye out for this show. Thanks for the reminder.
I was visiting in-laws recently and my bro-in-law was watching back-to-back episodes of Entourage on On Demand. Somehow I am now hooked on that show. I'm not proud though. It's basically a nighttime soap opera with breasts and adult language. It's a good guilty pleasure replacement for The O.C.
I recently got new TV service though, and am currently enjoying a hot deal that includes all the movie channels, so I will have to keep an eye out for this show. Thanks for the reminder.

After The Sopranos ended, I didn't really have anything to watch for awhile. But my wife got me watching "Big Love". Pretty interesting.
