Weird Buzzing Issue

I posted recently regarding electrical interference and buzz on my MIM Jazz Bass.

I had the bass professionally shielded but the problem persists, I've tried everything from power conditioners to moving across the room and I've only found one thing that helps.

If I face a certain corner of my rehearsal room, or the opposite corner, the buzz is greatly reduced to non offensive levels.

Face anywhere else in the room the buzz is back.

I know the shielding is good and I have a good ground on the bass, but none of my other basses do this.

I own the building I rehearse in so I was wondering if maybe having my electrician put the room on a different circuit would help.

Also the guy in the room next door is moving out and I hope that helps as well, he is a DJ and I heard him using a police scanner the other day.

Any other advice I could try?
