weird ebay question

Hey experienced ebayers,
Have you ever run into someone not collecting their payment for an item?

I bought a GB-10 off of ebay for $65. I sent the money to the person through paypal, and it sat in there unclaimed for a month. They sent me my item, it shipped right after I paid for it through paypal. Today paypal refunded the money and said "[email protected] does not have a complete paypal account." It seems really weird to me that they would send me my item but not take the payment. I've emailed them twice and haven't hear back.

What should I do?

Hmm. Never had that happen. I don't even know what to suggest other than, you paid them, it's not their fault if they never took the money.

Though I would call paypal and ask them what you should do so that you're not held responsible for keeping the item even though they refunded it.

The person I bought from only had like 3 feedback.

I sent them a message saying I still have the money and I'll send it through paypal when they contact me.


Edit: They finally responded they said they were ill. I don't know if they meant they were sick or if they mean it like how the Beastie Boys mean it. It think it means more that way
