Loves me some Tres Hombres. The original mix, though. Not the more "updated" mix. And TITA is a great LP!! Blow by Blow is another classic.
Bob Marley--Any LP. Throw a dart and you'll hit something great. If you have not experienced Family Man I pity you.
Toots Hibbert--Toots in Memphis. Reggae meets Memphis soul? Ohhhh yeah. Big time. Sly and Robbie tear it up.
Steely Dan--Any LP. Some say "too" perfect. I say bring it on.
Thelonious Monk Quartet--Monk's Dream. I'm not a jazz guy, at all. But damn, this is a crazy addictive LP.
Fleetwood Mac--Rumors. Crazy good songwriting + performances + production + juuuuust the right amount of angst = Hella good LP.
There are Lots of *perfect albums, for instance American Woman (Guess Who) or Mountain, or Deep Purple In Rock, or Crystal Silence the duet between Chick and Gary...but there are a few artists who made multiple, more than 2, perfect albums. Perfect as in, it became like holy writ.

Happy to see this listed here. There is one track on this one that I skip routinely, but I'm a huge fan so this one is in my desert island list.
Not many records out there I would call perfect. Others I've seen here that I feel come close would be:
Country Life - Roxy Music (would be perfect if not for the production quality)
Discipline - King Crimson
Aja - Steely Dan (might be as close to perfect as it gets)
Not yet mentioned: Meddle - Pink Floyd
I'm sure there are more that I couldn't live without, just would depend on my mood. My mood is cranky lately so bear that in mind.

In Rainbows by Radiohead
Parachutes by Coldplay
Turn On The Bright Lights by Interpol
To me, all of these have varied composition styles, fantastic songwriting/musicianship, and songs that I could listen to over and over with not a single cut putting me off. And of course, some tasty bass playing on all of them!
