I'm planning to get an ESP F-155DX 5 string.. coz of my budget of $400.. uhmm so what do you think guys?? is it a good choice? a bad choice?? or its ok??

I've quickly fallen in love with my ESP B104. The neck is awesome, it's light, sounds great and is built wonderfully for something out of a production factory.

The F155DX available now in trans purple is absolutely beautiful (although I'm more a fan of the B/D bodies, the F bodies are just a bit too metal for me - even if I love metal).

Personally if I come across a hell of a deal on a Wal I'll take it, otherwise I'll probably be aiming for a striped peanut Wishbass

I'm jonesing for a project and I don't have a jazz. I'm thinking thinking a Squire or MIM jazz, strip it down and do a Closet Classic/ NOS Gretsch orange finish with lots layers, toners and aging but no nicks or dings. Props to Markusbass. Onward.

But I am also very much interested in Sandberg JM and PM basses. I never had the chance to check out any of these basses though, nor the G&L . It makes me sad.
