Here is me playing Howie Epstein's 1960 Fender P-Bass. Yes he had very nice vintage equipment!

I remember after Howie Epstein's death, his estate sold his basses with an ad in "Vintage Guitar" magazine. They were very nice basses, but I don't recall it being a treasure trove of vintage gear. It's possible he already sold off some stuff, or maybe he didn't own a ton of vintage stuff.

@CDHawkins, I definitely was going from a distant memory about the Howie basses that were sold in the Vintage Guitar ad. Since I made that post 18 months ago, I learned more about his gear, including the '60 P. Can't recall if that bass was one of those for sale in the ad. I do remember I would've liked to have snagged his USA Hamer Cruise Bass. I seem to.recall it was seafoam green and had the 2Tek bridge.

Is this the EB2 ?
