What bass is this?

SGC Nanyo Bass Club

Rogue LX200

I'm going with the Nanyo. Headstock is too wide on the Rogue
I think so too. Plus Jack Off Jill formed in 1992, and Rogue started in 1996.

BUT…

While I think the manufacturer is SGC Nanyo, I am almost positive it’s labeled a Bass Collection bass and SGC Nanyo was the parent company. I can’t remember ever seeing an SGC Nanyo in Florida stores in the 80s and 90’s, but Bass Collection was all over the place, and Jack Off Jill was from Lauderdale. The look checks out:

Stole these from a post on TB.

Looks like Bass Collection licensed / "borrowed" the design from Tune (probably the Korean one), then SX licensed it from Bass Collection?

It’s probably all the same company the whole time ;)

I don't think so in this case, but I don't really know. There were two "Tunes" at the time, though, the original Japanese luthiers and the Korean subcontractor that felt they owned the rights. Pretty sure SX is separate but don't know why I say that really.
