What brand is this headstock?

This headstock is familiar, but I can't recall what it is. This is the only photo available. Estimated to be from 1999.

Can't tell a thing it's so pixelated.
If I were to guess the abalone inlay looks like maybe a Z?

Is it grabbed from a video? If so post the video, it might be easier to see that way.

If you don't immediately recognize the shape, the 3+1 keys, and whatever the logo is, it's perfectly okay to skip this and move on to a different post.

I am completely aware that the photo is bad quality, and again, it is the only image available. It is someone's internet image of a Kodak 4"×6" print, circa 1999. There is no video from which I took a screenshot & cropped.

The headstock photograph as pictured is the only image I have available of the mystery headstock.

If no one knows what it is, that's okay too. Earth will keep spinning, and gravity shall remain intact.

Looks like it could be Gus Guitars. He made Prince's last guitar.

It was sheer dumb luck that i had recently watched an interview of his talking about making instruments for Prince and tour of the shop, and the weird narrow 3+1 headstock looked familiar. If i hadn't seen that video recently i would have had no idea. I don't consider myself a headstock expert and am usually the one being amazed that people can spot the most obscure headstocks from super small or rare builders from decades and decades past.

Hmm.. it is closer to the A tuner. The Gus is even with the E tuner. I don't know nearly enough about Gus instruments to know if he moved the peg placements over the years or if this is a different builder's bass.

Well, here's a sh¡tty sign of the inevitable times:
It turned out to be an A.I.-manufacturedphoto.

Apparently it was made by a Peter Steele fan who tried to feign knowing him by creating the picture.
I won't justify her efforts with the whole photo here, as I DESPISE A.I. idiocy.
