What do you do when this happens?

I had the same issue with my Hofner Ignition (which ended up not working for me. Should've tried it out more at the store)

I have a Rickenbacker 4003 on layaway. I fell in love with the Fireglo color.

Yet every time I see a Jetglo, it makes me nearly change my mind about my choice.

What do you do when conflicted about the color of a bass you're buying?I know I should go with my gut and what looks better to me, but it still bugs me.

I dont know, color wasnt a huge deal to me when I bought my main player. I had found the bass I wanted, and it came in this satin black like color. Only problem was that it was out of stock, with no certainty of when more would be in. I just went with a Spalted Natural Maple finish instead. I love the bass, I dont think the finish would matter all that much. I think Im happier with what I have than if I had went with the black one.
