What do you guys think about my first pedalboard?

I had some pedals lying around that I’ve had for years and never use (the SuperEgo+ and Soul Food) and had been feeling I needed a compressor. I was thinking Keely Bassist or Empress bass comp. When shopping around I though, what the heck why not just get a board and power supply to actually use these pedals I’ve spent money on and never use. my VTBass I only used when playing into my computer, but now I got My VTBass as an always on preamp and ended up getting a keely seafoam along side an Empress and a Peterson tuner I’ve heard so much. I put it all together last night, loving how all these effects come together and hope it can serve me well at church as well as messing around at home. what do you guys think?

Nice collection of effects, I suggest you consider a different layout by moving the tuner and comp to the back row to make selecting effects easier on the front row.

The selection and capability of the effects are great. I would also arrange them so the front row is the more often stomped/switched effects. Tuner and comp are great for the back row with the always on VT.
Note my old, reliable bass board: the path is Tuner-Bassballs-Comp-OD-Oct-Chorus-Delay.
Tuner, comp and delay are not as easily accessible as the front row pedals that get way more on/off action. I don't use much delay, so it's in the back, but the tap tempo FS5U for the delay needs to be more accessible and stable for deliberate tapping when the delay is used. Comp tends to be on or off for long periods of time.

yea makes sense, can't believe it didn't occur to me. my patch cables are pretty short so ill have to see how I can rearrange them without having to mix in some MXR patch cables I have (as you can see I have one rogue MXR cable at the beginning of the chain )

You will definitely appreciate not having to reach the back row for quick stomping very often! Having stubbornly resisted changes to my board in the past because it involved me going out to get, like, one more patch cable, or daisy chain-type thing, I can safely say that it's just worth biting the bullet and getting it done.

In fact, that will be me in the next hour or so. I was waiting to jump on a compressor for the right price, and finally did yesterday. But now I'm a 6" connector cable short to put it on the back row, where it really ought to be... Guess who's making a surprise trip in the rain to the music shop this afternoon? Lol.

Nice. A great tuner, some drive options, and chorus. And a Superego to get weird if you want. I'd do the order a bit differently, but it looks ready to rock.

I re-arranged it. Not as visually pleasing as it was at first IMO but I guess it’s more functional now. I wanted to keep the same order so I had to play around with positions so cables could reach

Nice, it's certainly more functional in that order. Is it just the sideways Seafoam that's irking you, or something else? Because if it's just the one sideways guy, next time you're in a music shop, just grab the next size up connector cable, and you should be good to go!

Also, keep in mind that if you really preferred it the other way, don't worry about what people on the internet tell you what to do; it's your board, so be happy with it.
