Used those as rental units a few times. If it's the same model I'm thinking of the amp is quite a good amp, the speaker in the combo was crap. I plugged in and thought "oh no, this'll never work". Pulled the head from the combo and hooked it up to my own cabs, sounded great. I would've bought if I hadn't known it was a rental unit and been used/abused and had God only knows what done to it. I think the one I used may have been a little older model than that one, the carpet covering looked dark blue instead of black. It was a Yorkville 400watt bass amp. Front panel looked similair to that but maybe not exact.
