I know its only for a little fifty watt Marshall DSL GTR Head.
But here is my uberformer mod with the help of those fine chaps at Sowter.
Eat your heart out Mercury fat stack.
So we should go for size T K which will just drop through a 68 x 68 hole and put the customer to the trouble of drilling holes. Actually it could be done by filing a u-shaped slot from the cut out. I sometimes think that if the customer cant drill holes he/she is probably not safe dabbling under the covers anyway.
I can get the following spec:
6600 ohms CT to 16 ohms tapped at 8 and 4 ohms.
60W at 50 Hz
Lp = 60H
Rp = 80 Ohms
Rs (16 ohm) = 0.4 ohms
Rs (4 Ohms) = 0.2 ohms
Weight 3.1 kg

Not quite plug and play like the mercury but I think I had better get a lot longer bolts and get out my old round file boys.
A pretty nice transformer, Huh!
All together now mates "Any old iron any old iron any any any old Iron"

It'll sound a shocker now down-tuned.
