What earphones/headphones do you use Live?

we have been playing for awhile sans monitors on the stage [open monitors... speakers] so everyone uses earbuds or lightweight phones or whatever. almost no one is happy, me included.

I have two headsets I have used, both very lightweight rigs that sit close to the head [slim]. current ones are collapsible sennheiser something or other. The bass frequencies/signal/impedance or something from the "send" output of my GK700RBII i route to a very small mixer, where I control myself and two other inputs [one general, one the guitarist].
The signal from the GK basically just overwhelms something, either the headset is clipping or the mixer, even when I cut everything way back and am seeing no clip light indication.
If I run through a small preamp instead, and route that signal back to the mixer, I'm ok even at relatively "louder" volume levels, but its not a good bass sound, if you know what I mean.

What earphones/headsets are you using for Live stage sound that you are happy with???? and any notes on how you run your gear would help.

separately I'm going to ask the question "what's your favorite rig for your MM Sterling 4-string", cause I'm not really incredibly happy with the amp and Aggie Cab I have now....

I dunno why this is such a difficult topic [obviously]. the only one in your shortlist that I am familiar with is the IE10. have not tried, but a guitarist/writer/frontman recommended. I had no clue as to how they handle the big bottom frequencies.

if I had my 'druthers, I would pick "No isolation" or somewhat close to that goal

All of the ones I mentioned have very good low frequency performance (not bloated and pumped up with no deep lows as with many phones/buds).

As promised, done 3 gigs (live) with the Westone UM2, they are great. Since Iuse them for just the bass as monitors, I use a set of silicone plugs instead of having them custon fit. This allows me to hear the rest of the band. The sound spectrum is as indicated in other posts lows and mids are great. The clarity is awesome. I use them through a headphone amp, sry forgot the brand, and they are quite loud to the point hurting youif you are not carefull. Will highly recomend to everyone. Thank you.
