American standard P neck (non original string tree) for sure, do you have some photos from the back side? Looks like a modified am. std P to me.

Yeah, usually on sig basses like the Geddy or Steve Harris, then they switched to their copy of it.

The later version of the Highway1 series had Badass bridges.

There's a good chance it's an American Hot Rod/Hot Rodded Precision bass. They had a passive P/J setup. The string tree, stacked pot and BAII are mods. These basses came with two different spacings for the J pickup. Some had the J 1-3/8" from the P and others had the J 1-3/4" from the P, basically '60s and '70s spacing.
