I've got the passive/old school sound that I want, now I'm looking at buying or building an active eq pedal to boost the highs and lows when I want an active midscoop sound (which is rarely, so I'd rather have a pedal to kick it in every now and then rather than get an active bass or make any mods on my passive basses). This is kind of the tone I'm shooting for:

Can anyone tell me what they thing the prominent high frequency on the bass sound is at the beginning of this recording? I need to figure out what I want to set the high frequency to, if I don't get a pedal with an adjustable frequency knob.
For reference, I kind of liked the active Bass and Treble controls on the SansAmp Bass Driver, but I sold it because that was literally the only thing I liked about it. If I could get a pedal just for Bass and Treble (maybe Mids) cut/boosting, that would be perfect.
