WHat is the best strings for me ?

I play blues a lot. I am all over the bass and need nice mellow lows on the B and loud tones on the G. Ibanez Sr 505 and would not trade it for anything. Peavey Tour 700 amp with the sounds coming out of a GK 4x10 and a Peavey 1x15. What tone changes will flat strings make (I never used them) or any suggestions on different guage strings

I play blues on both a Warwick Corvette $$5 and a Lakland 55-01. Have 'em both strung with Daddario chrome flats. I must admit I am thinking about going back to Sadowsky SS flats on the 55-01 for a little richer/brighter flat tone.

Daddarios are probably the most popular flat just in terms of numbers of users.

Thomastik-Infeld jazz flats are like slim jims....you either love 'em or you hate 'em. They are praised for their rich tone but often panned as being "floppy". Expensive.

For cheap, there's Detroit flat stainless from webstrings.com and they are pretty decent.

Its a tough call. Dive in!
