What is the difference? Help please?

I am looking at getting a new bass guitar, but I don't have much money to spend. I was looking at the Squier Affinity P Bass, but then I saw the Squier Vintage Modified P Bass. I was wondering what is the difference between these two basses? And also which one I should rather get?

The affinity is the cheaper one, it has lower quality parts. If you can afford it, get the Vintage modified. It's got better build quality, and many people have confirmed that these are great instruments for the price - also, it will have a slightly higher resale value.

I owned the Vintage Modified Precision and it's very nice for the money. It's definitely a step up from the Affinity series and well worth the extra $$$. The Classic Vibe series also excellent for the $$$.
