They are called cable ramps. Google them you will find all kinds of styles and pricing.

Never. If you’re not careful when removing, it sticks to itself, bunches up and then it’s on your cord forever. If that’s the way you want to handle it, get what’s known in the trade as ‘gaffers tape’. It’s cloth bound and will allow you to cleanly peel it off when it’s time to break down.
