He does way more than lay down the bass line!

Imagine, if you will, one of the most pristine and visceral lighting and sound experiences you can imagine. I mean, an all-encompassing production that rates second to none. And it is created with both the best of analog warmth and the latest midi and visual technology. Now, put Justin in the middle of this scenario, playing bass, yes, but playing quite a few other instruments, as well. Add a pinch of disciplined virtuosity and the methodical, but controlled chaos, that is Nine Inch Nails, and you'll have an idea of why he plays his heart out for 2+ hours to some of the most rabid fanbase of any artists.

Even if you're not a massive NIN fan, I strongly encourage you to check this show out when it comes to a city near you.

You will not be disappointed, but rather, inspired by a graciously talented guy who has channeled the art in such a way that he makes it look easy and fun.

Hope you enjoy the gear Justin! Keep in touch.

I saw the show in Philadelphia last night with my son. The sound was superb. JMJ Gets some amazing tones out of that Jag bass. What kind of Jazz bass was that in tha second half of the show?
Black block neck and white PU covers.
Great show. Thanks.

Blizzard,

If you get the chance, see them now. Not just because JMJ (sorry!) but because both aurally & visually, the show is mind blowing.

I've seen NIN in the past, but I think this tour is a magnum opus of sorts. Until August, my favorite live shows ever were Radiohead and Roger Waters.

These guys sweat and pour every ounce of years of experience and talent into this production.

It really is the hottest show on the planet right now. Definitely not the trendiest, but it should certainly have a disclaimer:

"Rock is not dead, despite MTV, despite flavor of the minute advertorial driven manufactured acts....Rock is very much alive and it has BALLS!!"

It is way more visceral than wondering what the hell Daft Punk has inside their pyramid or Kanye's led suit...not even comparable to anything I've ever seen live.

We are very privileged to get to chat with a key player in this experience. This is certainly a cornerstone for the future of live musical experiences.

Oh I plan to NIN regardless of their line up next time there over here. Just in Australia it can be a long while between tours.

Don't see the line-up changing anytime soon! ;)

I remember the 'Gave Up' video ala Sharon Tate house/Digidesign System 1/Manson strumming notes on a Gibson.

It's cool as all get out that the NIN Co. has documented the birth/pre-pudescent/early adult years. The Slip rehearsal footage makes Closure seem so 1994-1996, which it was.

This is definitely the self-actualized phase!!
