I though D'Adarrio were the only ones with the coloured ball ends. I could be wrong...

Although the pic is out of focus, they look pretty light. Only way to tell the guage is to compare with a new set.

The ball end colors are different from the new Fenders, so I would guess D'Addario as well.

The Fender strings now have the colored ball ends, but they are different from this picture.

The new Fender ball ends are surf green and coral red. A aqua and a pinkish red.

Hartke strings have colored ball ends too.

Are you sure? Cause the new colors of the ball end are the same exact color of the cleartones ball end and the sealed packaging is too. I mean I could always ask my fender rep that comes in but it was just my observation at work

Ok went to the store and got the D'Addario xl 170s and it appears to be them thanks everyone!
