Depends if you want the album or live one but I guess you're after the album one. I generally find its a thick distortion so I use an Boss ODB-3 and a Boss FZ-5 for that, sometimes the Wooly Mammoth then a very light synth over it like a flanger. I don't use the synth myself because I prefer his live sound which as far as I can tell doesn't have it on there. I do also add a Electro Harmonix Octave Multiplexer sometimes if you really want a thicker bass tone. I'm pretty sure the OoS era started his three-amp sound. So it'd be Akai deep impact (Or future impact to save some cash) getting split between three amps - One clean, one with the Russian Muff, and one with the Animato distortion.
