I have a mint pearloid guard on mine. Couldn't decide between mint or white pearl so I found one that combined both. Not the best pic in the world, looks great in better lighting

I wonder if you could offer any suggestions as to what you think would be a good color for a replacement pickguard for this bass.

I have owned the bass for 2 years and have never been too crazy about the white, but I can't visualize what would be a good replacement. My artistic eye does not go past drawing a stick figure.

I will greatly appreciate your feedback.

I was just about to say that I think the current white guard looks the best, and how I hate pearl pg's... but dang, that blue pearl looks sick on that bass!!!

Pretty sure it's a Squier James Johnston bass owned by a board member.

Hard to go wrong with that beautiful bass, but I think cream/off-white/aged white guard would look great. I had Spitfire make me one for my '75 natural Precision and it looks great.

This one is a relic but you'd want a clean new one.
