What string to replace my old ones ????

Hi all

a couple of years ago I found the perfect string for my bass and me .

it was the Dean Markley SR 2000 40 - 100

It was the sustain, punch, lively harmonics and the feel of the strings that made them perfect for me.

But now they are stopping to make them ( or at least they stopped selling them at my local gear pusher ; )

so I'm looking for a replacement for them
so any idears out there ???

We, Dean Markley Strings, are still making SR2000. The demand is so high, they are sometimes hard to find. RickenBoogie suggested a good source in JustStrings.com . According to your Profile, you use the ML gauge. That is the second item on this JustStrings page: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] . It is actually 46 - 102; we don't make 40 - 100.
