What to do?

I just got a fender MIM jazz for $200, its 2 years ols and has a lil buckle rash and the pots could use a good cleaning, I got this to hot rod and im looking for some ideas of what to do for her, i kno im getten a new neck just not sure what kind yet, and i want pickups, and maby a refinish
