Coming: Boss FDR-1, Devi Ever Never Drive, Devi Ever Cherry Pop

Going: Devi Ever Vintage Fuzz Master, Devi Ever Hyperion

The FDR-1 came in this morning. I'll review it at some point, but my inital reaction is this: Sound exactly like playing through a Deluxe Reverb. Definitely made for the guitar, but usable on bass as long as you keep the bass knob dimed and gain knob below noon. With gain around 11, bass dimed and treble at about 10 or 11, it gets a great vintage tone. Plus add in the fact that it has trem and spring reverb, and this is a cool pedal. Definitely gonna play around on this one a bit.

I'm still waiting on the Pollyanna.. I've purchased two things off this seller, first time she didn't give feedback and ignored my 2 polite pm's asking for the returned feedback; This time it was 'left in the front hall' for 2 weeks and hopefully ships monday. Not the end of the world, but I should have learned the first time.

In: Pollyanna? :smug:, Sansamp paradriver (thx Vic!), Subdecay Prometheus, and maybe a few goodies from The Big O.

Out soon: Korg G5, CEB-3, FX25b, Markbass LMII, and maybe a DD6.

Im debating whether or not to send the Gyroscope to Copilot (Thanks for the offer Adam!) to have it updated to the current version- It's current a sequenced triangle wave autowah with 4 sections and rate control on each, exp overides and controls the speed of a single autowah. The voicing is great- I love it, but the current version is pretty cool so it's a tough decision.

I've only spent a few minutes with the paradriver, and while it sounds good, I'm not sure if it will replace the English Muffn. The size and 9v power is a big plus, and it's quite versatile, but at first listen the Muffn's glassy breakup blows it away. I'll have to spend some time with it and I'm sure I'll get some great tones from it, but for my needs the muffn might be here to stay.

In: Another AF-9, a Robot Factory LFO Mod Box, an AKAI Headrush and a fuzz :ninja:

Out (so far): Chunk Octavius Squeezer, Empress Superdelay, Empress Tremolo, DOD FX25 and BJF Blueberry. Also, my Carbon Copy is headed back to Musician's Friend. Seems I got a lemon as mine is WAY too noisy.

I'm still waiting on Mario at Robot Factory to have time for my custom phaser and rather than get a new Carbon Copy I'm going to wait for the Malekko 616. I'm also planning on being one of the first to buy a Holly Erectus if it ends up getting made this year.

wow, busy month:

in: Empress SuperDelay, Boss DD-20, Devi Ever Never Drive, Foxx Foot Phaser

out: Empress SuperDelay, Copilot Antenna 2, Boss RT-20, EHX HOG, Boss SD-1, Danelectro Rocky Road, Devi Ever Hyperion

on the way in: Devi Ever Spectacular Aenima

IN: Solidgold FX ParaBlender, Lava cable-kit, and I'm in search of an OC-2
OUT: (soon) EBS Octabass

@ fightthepower: I'm curious how the pollyanna is on bass...

Me too, but I have high hopes. I'll post clips once I get it.

I was going to wait for the 919 to come out, but BigO was offering a deal that was too good to pass, so I'm going to try out the SuperDelay. I'm sure it's really cool, but for what I'm doing, ill probably sell it as soon as the new malleko's come out.

In: Catalinbread Heliotrope, Electro Harmonix XO Bass Microsynth

Out: Tech 21 XXLB, DOD 595, Boss PS-3, Planet Waves tuner

Possibly staying: Maxon PH-350.

I've now sold or traded five phasers in the last month. If I sold this one too I'd be phaser-less. Plus it sounds fantastic. I think I'll hold on to it until March. . .
