What's in your rack for live gigs?

I have recently converted from a pedal board to a 10 space rack. The idea was to keep things simple - (1) 4x10 GK Neo cab, and a rack with the following:

• GK 1001RB-II head
• Sennheiser Wireless (1/2 rack space)
• Furman Power conditioner
• Korg Tuner

What else do you guys run in your rack that is critical to your sound. Which compressors are your favs? Thanks!

As little as possible to keep the weight and noise down.... Just amp, wireless, tuner and power strip.

I used to keep all sorts of crap in there, but the folly of carrying all the extra weight of unnecessary gear every weekend finally got to me. Frankly, keeping it simple improved my tone....

800rb, sansamp RBI, pitchblack pro tuner, Furman. G-50 wireless is in back on top of amp 6 space flight case rack.

I have a rack with a shure ulx wireless, DBX 160A compressor, Korg tuner and a furman powerstrip. I usually use this with my Genz Benz shuttlemax 12.0 which I carry separately in a gig bag.

Big rack = Tech21 RBI preamp, Sennheiser XWS 72 wireless, Crown XLS 1500 power amp, and a JuiceGoose Jr. power conditioner......

Small rack = MarkBass Blackline 250.....

I have a rack with a Carvin BX1500, and a B1000 as a backup.

I use a Peterson Pedal type strobe tuner and an Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi that I use on one song.

I have a Fearless F115 and F110 that I've used in various combinations....and F212 will be replacing these cabs soon.

I was pretty happy to be rid of my rack gear a few years ago. That said, there was definitely something special about some of my old pre/power rigs based around a QSC PLX1602 and a variety of preamps that makes me miss my old rack days.

Ah, the 1602. Great amp. I'm glad to not need a rack any more.

10 space is pretty big - and potentially heavy. Sounds like you could get by with a 6, maybe even 4.

My foh power gear.

MB-Fusion needs no comp, wireless receiver sits on my pedal board along with my tuner, Bassbone, sFX Mini-Mixer and Zoom B3.

Visited the rack rig thing, got the tee shirt, don't need to go back... Seeing as my FOH has up to 4 passive and 2 powered 18's... I let it do the heavy lifting...

1602 ! Agreed. I have one, looking for another but for me it is my FOH tweets on one side and a spare monitor channel on the other...
