I wish I still wasn't lost... modes just seem really confusing.
So... are there 12 modes for every scale? Which means the 12 major scales then make up 144 modes? That isn't even counting the minor scales...
Please help me out... Give me a book title or a web page that will explain this better in plain lamens terms...
