What's your current practice playlist?

Right now I got this thing about learning the melody to classic TV shows like the Rifleman. Combat, 12 O clock high. The melodies are part of my childhood. Strange I know but they are catchy to say the least.

Foo Fighters - Learn to fly, My hero(very simple songs)
Greenday - Longview
Then i do them all with three fingers, then a pick.
then i slap my octaves and what not.
Then i write more demo stuff for my band.

After that i try some ear training and whatnot.

I've hit a bit of a dry patch, practicing the same stuff routinely, so I'm hoping to expand my horizons by seeing what others are working on.

Mine:
Opus Pocus - Jaco
Teen Town - Jaco
What is hip - Tower of Power
The Suffering - Fishbone

plus most all of D'Angelo's Brown Sugar and Voodoo

What is your recent practice playlist?

Good stuff!

Peaches En Regalia - Zappa
Down at the Nightclub - Tower of Power
Caravan - Ellington
Cissy Strut - Meters
Just Kissed my Baby - Meters
Fantastic Voyage - Lakeside
Tightrope - Janelle Monet

besides technical and theoretical practies, etudes and excercises i like to play james jamerson bass lines. also the james brown live album "love power peace" which features bootsy is a great rhythmical practise for me at this time. then whatever reading material i got. and last but not least my bands songs.

Gotta love Love Power and Peace, James Brown's best IMHO.
