What's your poison?

Kentucky Martini
... 1/2 Makers Mark (or other top shelf Bourbon)
... 1/2 Amaretto Liqueur (di Saronno is preferred)

Shaken, Neat. Slow sipping drink.

Is killer warm too ... use a Brandy Snifter and microwave it for about 15 secs. (make sure to exhale when sipping ... or the alcohol fumes will get ya. :smug:)

** Warning ... these sneak up on ya, so take your time after your second helping. :) ***

Beer: I like many different beers but always come back to a good "BlackNTan" (Guiness and Harp), Killian's Irish Red and on hot days a Corona or 3 with a lime is just the thing to hit the spot.

Mixer: Kettle One and Sprite.
On COLD days, which we have frequently here in the land of the frozen Tundra, 8-10oz of steaming apple cider with 2 to 2.5 shots of Captain Morgans is awesome.

Shooter: Yukon Jack. A chilled snakebite is a close 2nd.

Most of us enjoy a good drink every now and then. This evening i was indulging in Kaluha and cream. The only alternate to this for me is the lovely combination of Grand Marnier with a Sprite chaser. So here's the question, what's your poison of choise. Not talking about how much, just preference.

I don't do much poisons anymore (Ringo's "The No No Song")
but I do enjoy a good manhattan every once in a while. Or a sip of Jim Beam.

Like Drop Top Amber. Unless in Seattle - then I go to The Tractor and get a Maritime Nightwatch Dark! Yum!!
