Double Bass Where to find interesting music

I just started playing upright bass a couple of weeks ago (though I have played electric bass for 2 years) and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for some simple yet interesting jazz bass lines. Thanks

Pandora has 17 jazz stations. Spend an hour with each one, and you will hear an abundance of interesting bass lines.

Diving deeper, you will find plenty of suggestions for artists, albums, and songs to check out.

The first jazz bass line that hit me, and still does to this day, is Paul Chambers playing on Miles Davis's "So What."

IMO jazz is not so much about memorizing lines/ licks but learning how to improvising over changes. The cool jazz lines are something you create for your self. They become your voice.
So you may want to google jazz walking bass lessons and books, and learn your arpeggios.
Something I find fun is to play the melody from jazz standards and try to improvise / solo in the breaks and go in and out of melody and bass line.
A good one to start with is "All the things your are"

In my experience I got a lot more value from this approach rather then learning riffs which I always forget, don't help much when jamming with someone and never really sound like they should without the context they were created in.
