Double Bass Where to get Contrabass Balalaika?

Lark in the Morning sells these. I bought a nice Canadian-made Irish Bouzouki from them about 9 years ago, but it's really hard to know what you'll actually get (in terms of quality) when you order from them.

Also, they have a very rigid return policy.

But you could strap it to your back and glide rooftop to rooftop! :)
It sounds good. Do you play it with a giant pick/plectrum? I see the "bass" player has something in his hand.....

LOL!! :D I like that visual...

The guy's mostly using one of those long balalaika type picks but palms it a few times to play lines with his fingers - I like his style.

Don't know where else to ask... anyone know where I could get one of these? I can't seem to find any retailer that has them.:crying:
