Where to get Speakon cables

Where are you getting your Speakon cables?
I see that Butch at Bayou is not taking custom orders right now, and I don’t want to support Monster (not meaning to start anything, just my personal choice).
Other options?
Looking for a couple of 3' 12AWG 2 pole Speakon cables, cant be that hard right?

Guess I could make my own, or go through Redco (always really liked them and the work they do) but was hoping to get them quick.

Thoughts?

Ends should cost no more than $5 a piece on the high side and you can buy Carrol 14-2 from Home Depot if you cannot find a proper speaker cable (define proper :-)). Seriously the Home Depot stuff is more than adequate.

You can get them a zillion different places; I'd recommend a 14-gauge one instead. More flexible, cheaper, and you don't gain a thing from using 12 unless you are running cable for PA distances.

Just going off the recomendation of Aguilar, "Use 12 gauge or larger speaker cable for proper connections".
Flexablity and cost (in relative terms) are not as big a concern to me. And maybe I am just a sucker for big heavy speaker cables and the damping/resistance/etc hype that surrounds them.

Yep, that's fine. You can even cut up an old round 16-2 or 14-2 round AC extension cord and be all the way there for a short run like this!

They are full of it ; } - Until you get into longer runs it just isn't a factor.

EDIT: Look inside an Ag enclosure - I bet you won't find the internal wires going from the jack plate to the drivers are even 14-gauge.

I use HOSA: Speakon to Jack. Not sure on the gauge but very very thick. The lenth is only 3ft for connecting my head too cab. I really don't like using more cable than what is needed. It also has a lifetime guarantee
