He was entertaining, but derailed every thread with spastic rants about committing violent crimes against kittens and babies.
Mr pickles? Pretty sure he did the first noise/ instrumental albums I did a few contributions to... and then the guys that used to run bass fuzz.com in which I grabbed the super tentacle love fuzz edition which I had for some time before I sold it.Glad to know he's still around somewhere if not here.
Theres a few names I remember from back in the day, some I know got banned, some changed their name and some just disappeared.

Yeah Grygryx (I think it was) did Bass Fuzz. Com, I really enjoyed it. Yeah I remember mr Pickles, Toasted, TaySte, Mark Olson, Mystic Boo (who may or may not have become Jared Lash). Jimmy M is still about.
I used to be in the effects forum all the time back then (i think I joined tb in 07) but then I took a break and have been a casual contributor since. Actually I kinda get a kick out of googling stuff about a pedal and reading my own thoughts on it from a decade earlier... I've clearly learned nothing!
The effects Forum is my bank's worst enemy.
Sorry for the derail! It's both nice and weird to reminisce about people I don't actually know but felt like they were part of the "crew", even if I wasn't.

Yeah Mr. Pickles did all the noise comps. He he had some health issues around the time he was going to put out v3 or v4 and I took over and put it all together for him. Because of that we're friends on Facebook. He had covid bad for a while but seems like he's better now.Mr pickles?
