I've seen people get banned here before, but I wouldn't expect it from him, he seemed pretty cordial and such on here.

Yeah, I mean as forums go, this is pretty much the wild west (which I happen to like BTW). Wouldn't you have to like, kill the moderators dog, or kick em in the nuts or something to get banned
