Where's my Bass? USPS help needed

+1. I'm glad you were able to get someone to help you.

I'm currently waiting for a package from Ohio to NYC and it's three weeks and counting. The last tracking information said that it left Jersey city (10mins from NYC) two weeks ago!!! No update since. I called USPS and after somehow getting to a real person, she hung up on me. I called again and went through the automaze. Again, the person hung up on me. Third time, hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never send a package USPS and I will never let a seller send me a package USPS. Seriously. I'll cancel the deal first.

I just read something recently about how to skip the automated maze. When the machine is talking, repeatedly hit 0 or 0* or *0 and it will either take you to a person, or hang up on you. Try it sometime, and tell me how it works out.

If you scroll down a bit it will tell you the 'cheat numbers' to press to talk to a person at USPS. Hell, I might as well post it here,
Press 3 at each prompt. Press 2 at the next recording.

Hope you can find out what that means.
