where's my positive feedback?

hi moderators,
i've bought and sold a few items on TB. usually, the positive feedback shows up in my profile and contributes to my positive FB number next to my username. however, i received positive feedback for the sale of a bass (feedback here) but it's not increasing my positive feedback number.

anything i need to do?
