Which Amp to go for ..??

Im using an Ibanez BTB 475 , a Boss GT10B with a Tech21 DI Box.
My existing AMP is a 30 watt Laney RB2

Im planning to get a New Amp within the range of $400 or Rs.20,000
I will need to carry it everytime for practise to my drummer's place and back, also there is no need for a huge amp as we rarely have shows in India and even if we do.. the provision of amps is usually the Headache of the organisers.
I had two options which are actually available here :
Fender Rumble 60Watts
Tech21 Powerengine 60

Rumble is quite sturdy and strong but the advantage of the Tech21 is that it wont Mask my sound or add any extra effects to the sound created by my existing set up.

Any other suggestions???
Major Prob: Many brands are not available in India.

Thanks guys.. Finally got the Rumble 60, had inquired abt the G-K, Thanks for the No MIJ,
but it was way out of my budget. The rumble is quite sturdy and suits my needs. Really Happy.
