I'll go with the 360. I'm more impressed with the PS3's raw power, but the 360 has more games that I want to play and is a better value IMO.
Xbox 360. 
I want a Wii too. Couldn't really care less about Playstation 3, seeing as GTA4 is multi-platform now.

I have a 360 AND A Wii. I find the Wii to be more child-friendly, and the 360 to be more for teenagers and adults. I prefer the 360 because of Halo 3. On the other hand the Wii is a totally different concept, it is so fun, there are just a limited number of games for my age level(14). The 360 also has a better picture and sound. I just hate PS3's
I have the Wii only played it once in the last 3 months.
but bought the wii classic controller hoping to use it with my tiger woods game
but it's not compatible so that bummed me out, cause putting with the wiimote is a pain
in the rear.
What i want is a good race car game but none of the ones out look worth a $h!t

I have a 360 and a Wii. Until companies start actually releasing exclusive content, no really reason to get a PS3 yet.
Super Mario Galaxy alone is worth the price of the Wii, but that's really the only game worth playing right now (with the exception of Twilight Princess). I've found all of the other games to be fairly disappointing.
My 360 is fun and all, but I'm finding that most of the games are just carbon copies of each other. Every once in a while a truly astonishing game will come out for it (Gear of War, Forza 2, etc.), but I'm finding it difficult to justify the money I spent on it. The PS3 would probably feel about the same to me, only with a more painful price tag.
So far (at least in my opinion), this generation of gaming has been a huge let down. I'll probably wind up going back to PC gaming once I can save up enough for a new rig.
