Which head ????

My inclination is to vote Ampeg...but I think I would want the cab and the head to be the same brand. I would think the Eden should be a better match for your cab.

I just bought the gk mb200, liked it so much I sold my pf-500. Both great, but the GK tone was more of what I was looking for.

Ive used the MB200 for practice and live in various settings with 1-10 -2-12's - 1-15 and 2-15's and it has been consistently awesome. Plus it fits in my basses pouch.

Can one EX110 8 ohm or One EX 112 8 ohm handle HARTKE LH 500?
I know HARTKE LH 500 is 50 Watts stronger in 8 ohm program but I will not push it to maximum.

In my opinion, you want an amp that goes down to 2 ohms. The reason for this is at a certain point you might find that that 12 inch cabinet doesn't push enough air and you might want a second EX112 4 ohm cab therefore you need an amp that will operate at 2 ohms.

I will buy EX 110 or EX 112 both 8 ohms and I just want to know If one EX will handle HARTKE LH 500 power.I will consider buying second EX if there will be any lack of power and I will be scared to push head more.

I am very happy.
Maybe its little short in metal band but otherwise its a monster.
I used Hartke 3500 and old Gallien Krueger 2x10 for long time and this sound was the best for me till today.
