Me too - 35" scale length. The bodies and necks are pretty chunky compared to a sleek SR, though.

Yeah. I prefer 35". I don't find the neck chunky though. It's wide, but flat, not chunky. With the 19mm string spacing, the fretboard is going to be wide. I felt Ibanez did a good job of making that width comfortable by flattening the contour of the back of the neck. The mahogany body does add weight, although I believe the SR 1205 is the same?
