Double Bass Which Markbass combo for DB?

I wonder which of the Markbass combos would be the best choice for DB. I would narrow my choices between the famous Mini CMD 121P and less mentioned AC 101, which is designed for acoustic instruments (not only bass though). By the way, the input impedance is 500kOhm at both of these and it doesn't seem to be a problem, at least not with the CMD at all... Did anybody have the chance to compare these combos?

I don't know about double bass but my CMD 102P for my electric is the shiznizzle! And don't buy what people are saying about the Markbass cabs; IMO the cabs are just as good as the heads and the two are very well matched in the combos. That CMD series is a real stable of workhorses. Mine sounds better in a 2x10 than any 4x10 rig I've ever run.

The AC101 is the better choice for pure DB use. A more natural sound. However, the Mini 121P goes louder for DB and BG and if used on a chair, is fine for DB. The best DB sound though is the AC101.

I just bought the same amp, but I AM using it with my DB, one
of my gig's is with a big band, we just did an outdoor concert
in a Chinatown festival in Portland, very big stage, amp into
the PA, and I got nothing but compliments on the sound. Our
rehearsals are in a smaller room and I like the sound just as
much there.

So maybe for small intimate venues the smaller amps would
be ok, but the 2x10 gives me enough power to handle small
AND large, and for under 1K, I couldnt be happier
