Six months ago, I would proclaimed my love for the Shuttle 6.0. I've since moved up to the Streamliner 900, and as much as I loved the Shuttle, this amp is on a whole different level. The 3 preamp tubes just offer for a much warmer sound. It's slightly less flexible tonewise, since it doesn't have the cut/boost switches, but I find the "default tone" (everything at 12) to be a fantastic starting point. I'd definitely recommend the Streamliner 600 for your purposes. It's not much larger or heavier than the Shuttle was at all - 6.5 lbs to the Shuttle's 4, and the head fits inside the same backpack I used to carry the old Genz Benz.

The Markbass F500 is what tickled me most when I recently made the Micro leap.
Fantastic flat tone but great shaping capability and simple EQ when necessary. Plenty of power for my needs.
Full disclosure: I'm curious about an MB800 tho.

I have owned a Shuttle 6.0, a Markbass LMIII which were both very good but my GK MB-500 is my favorite of the three. It has a very good feature set, and just sounds fantastic. They are one of the least expensive micro's out there too.

I recently purchased a Shuttle 6.0 and a Epifani PS 210 and it sounds better than any other rig i have used before...very clean, versatile and more than enough power for what I need. Looking now for a Epi 1X12 cab to make travelling that much easier (any cabs for sale in the Phila area?) You probably can't go wrong with any of the choices but the Shuttle works well for me...good luck!

If the iAMP 350 was one of your favs, I am surpirsed you omitted the Micro 550 from your poll. The amp section of the 550 is based on the amp section of the iAMP 200 and 350. Seems like a no brainer

The last two rigs I have had were Phil Jones and Euphonic Audio. I just think I'm ready for an amp with a little character. I love the ultra-clean, hi-fi sound of those amps, but I'm just looking for a change at the moment. I also hadn't even really given the micro's from EA a thought. I haven't really heard a whole lot about them.

I'd love to check out an EA Micro550.

One of my previous rigs was a MarkBass F1 into two Bag End S12 cabs. That was a great sounding rig, that had no problem at some medium sized venues...in fact I liked it more than playing through some 6x10 house rigs.
